How to Be the Best Version of Yourself

I am a college student who, just a year ago, was the most vulnerable version of himself. What key steps I had taken to improve my daily habits and what steps i had taken to not avoid the things I needed to do and maintaining overall good habits over a long period of time .


The thing is, to start being the best version of yourself, all you need is consistency — improving every day, every hour, every minute, every second.

This is what leads to a huge change.

If you started improving just by 1% each day, in a year, you would be 37 times better version of yourself.

And if you started doing the opposite, the result will move worse than you could ever imagine.


✅ Start Improving


Just by doing the little things first — like waking up early in the morning.

There will be days when you feel tired and it will be uneasy to get out of bed but you wake up no matter what the circumstances are , 

When you hear  the alarm just wake up and say 

> “This is what we do.”

this is where the actual magic happens.






And day by day, repeating it will become part of your unconscious brain, which will be like an automatic machine.

Like a switch — when we give the instruction, it’s ON.

This is what the power of consistency means.

By maintaining these habits over a period , there will be times when no one is there to applaud you. 


Everyone is so busy with their lives that it doesn’t matter to them that what are you doing .


So start doing the things you want to do, irrespective of what others say.


But you have to appreciate yourself.Then Any other person on the world can cause for other to appreciate you , one should learn to appreciate for himself .


All I can say is -"Appreciate the loudest for yourself"


Eventually Every one around will start noticing .

You’ll always see — or it's a fact — there is no hater in the world which is doing better than the person they hate .


People only hate those doing better than them.


Let them do what they want.

Let them do there work and you just focus on yourself like they don't exsist for you.


It’s your job to improve daily and become the best version of yourself.

Train your subconscious mind.

The goal is achievable, and eventually, the good will happen.

If you want to be successful at anything, research shows the most valuable thing in achieving that goal — in any field — is not social awareness, communication skills, good looks, or any other factor.


The main factor is grit —

How badly do you want it?


If someone else is aiming same as your dream goal, then you have to be more hungry than the most of  them and tell the god i have worked day and night doing whatever possible a man can do and grant me with the best possible outcome a man can have on this possible existence of the human relam.

Create your Mindset that the thing that i have aimed — it is possible.


By thinking about it every time, aligning your actions toward it, and training your mind — you’ll move toward it.
