How to Be More Resilient

I am a teenager who used to listen to all opinions and live in fear of what others would say. If I did something, I’d wonder, “Will someone think it’s wrong?” But that’s the wrong way to live. If you’re doing something good for yourself, it shouldn’t matter what other people say. In this blog, I’ll share what I did so that now it doesn’t matter to me what haters say — I just focus on myself. --- Starting the Journey When I first began my journey of self-improvement, I was scared of posting anything on platforms like Instagram or Snapchat. I worried about what my friends would think — would they judge me? But does it really matter what they think? The answer is no. If you are doing something good for yourself, it shouldn’t matter. All you need is to look straight at what needs to be done and just do it. --- People’s Opinions Don’t Define You You might have faced situations where you were scared to approach someone or try something because you thought, “What will they think?” Even if you...
How to Be Consistent as F*** I am a 19-year-old teenager who, a year ago, was the most inconsistent person I had ever known. But today, I’m the most consistent person among my friends. In this blog, I’m going to share exactly what I did, what challenges I faced, and how I overcame them — so you can start your own journey toward becoming unshakably consistent. --- 1. The Basic Thing to Being Good at Anything The basic thing to being good at anything is to being  consistent. All you need is to start doing the thing you want to master, no matter what  the odds are . Start today. Even if it’s just your hobby, go for it. Build the mindset of being unshakable — not letting anything stop you. --- 2. Just Start and Keep Going No matter the odds, just do it. Once you start doing the things you promised yourself, your brain will release dopamine — the “feel good” chemical. Over time, you’ll get addicted to that feeling of joy, and that addiction will keep pulling you back toward the hab...

How to Overcome Laziness and Build a Productive Life

A year ago, I was one of the laziest person I knew. Getting out of bed felt like a task, I delayed things endlessly, and I couldn’t stick to even the simplest routine. But today, I’ve become someone who works with discipline, consistency, and purpose—like an athlete training for a goal. How did this happen? Let me share what worked for me. If I can overcome laziness, so can you. --- 🌱 Start Small, Start Now The biggest mistake people make is waiting to feel "ready." Here’s the truth: you won’t feel ready. But that’s okay. Start small. Do just one task—no matter how small—and commit to finishing it. Whether it’s reading one page, doing 5 push-ups, or studying for just 10 minutes, what matters is starting. This one small act can create momentum. Soon, your brain starts recognizing action as a habit, not a burden. --- 🔄 Repeat and Reinforce the Habit Say this to yourself: “This needs to be done, and I will do it—no matter what.” Repeat it daily. Create a simple routine and fol...

How to Be the Best Version of Yourself

I am a college student who, just a year ago, was the most vulnerable version of himself. What key steps I had taken to improve my daily habits and what steps i had taken to not avoid the things I needed to do and maintaining overall good habits over a long period of time . The thing is, to start being the best version of yourself, all you need is consistency — improving every day, every hour, every minute, every second. This is what leads to a huge change. If you started improving just by 1% each day, in a year, you would be 37 times better version of yourself. And if you started doing the opposite, the result will move worse than you could ever imagine. ✅ Start Improving Just by doing the little things first — like waking up early in the morning. There will be days when you feel tired and it will be uneasy to get out of bed but you wake up no matter what the circumstances are ,  When you hear  the alarm just wake up and say  > “This is what we do.” this is where the a...

“From Chaos to Clarity: How I Changed My Life with Tiny Habits”

This is the first article I’ve ever written. I wrote it by hand and kept it raw, real, and honest — without editing or filters. It’s a story of how I took control of my life through small changes. If you’re stuck or confused, I hope this helps you take your first step. I am a student of first year BTech. A year ago my life was so jumbled up. It was all a huge mess. I do not want to do something productive, all I want was to just chill, scroll, watch movies, webseries. In this article I will telling what key steps I take to improve my daily habits and started doing productive work. In the last year I was preparing for a exam (Basically it was my drop year) which is given by lakhs of students from all over India and so I, my aim was to crack that exam. But all I do was just attend class & not practice @ home. All I do was just tell my friends about my goals, I never worked on them. That hardly that I could do. As the result came, it came less than my expectations which led me a huge ...
