How to Be More Resilient
I am a teenager who used to listen to all opinions and live in fear of what others would say. If I did something, I’d wonder, “Will someone think it’s wrong?” But that’s the wrong way to live. If you’re doing something good for yourself, it shouldn’t matter what other people say.
In this blog, I’ll share what I did so that now it doesn’t matter to me what haters say — I just focus on myself.

Starting the Journey
When I first began my journey of self-improvement, I was scared of posting anything on platforms like Instagram or Snapchat. I worried about what my friends would think — would they judge me? But does it really matter what they think?
The answer is no. If you are doing something good for yourself, it shouldn’t matter. All you need is to look straight at what needs to be done and just do it.

People’s Opinions Don’t Define You
You might have faced situations where you were scared to approach someone or try something because you thought, “What will they think?” Even if you can change their opinion, it’s still not worth worrying about.
Never let someone’s opinion break your confidence. Trust yourself, know what you are capable of, and stand up for the things you truly want to do.

The Truth About the World
This is a busy world. Everyone is caught up in their own problems. The truth? No one really cares what you’re doing. The only person who should care is you.
Appreciate yourself, focus on your work, and eventually, others will appreciate it too. Even if people criticize you now, they might later admire your dedication.
So, give your best in everything. Forget the noise, put in consistent effort daily, and aim to be the best in that thing.

Embarrassment Fades Away
Think back to an embarrassing moment from when you were in 5th or 6th grade. Ask your classmates if they remember it. Most won’t.
The answer? In the long run, it doesn’t matter.

Final Thoughts
At the end of the day, the things you regret most will be the things you didn’t do because of fear. Build that unshakable trust in yourself. Do what you want, enjoy your life, and never waste time trying to impress people who aren’t even focused on you.
